Messaging Terms of Service

1. Consent to Receive Messages 

By providing your mobile phone number to Computer Concepts and agreeing at intake, you consent to receive transactional and service-related messages via RCS and/or SMS/MMS. Message types include: 

  • Service status updates (repair started, device ready for pickup) 
  • Appointment reminders and confirmations 
  • Estimate approvals and authorization requests 
  • Payment receipts and invoices 
  • Follow-up satisfaction surveys 
  • Promotional offers (only with separate opt-in consent) 

2. RCS Messaging 

Where your mobile carrier and device support RCS (Rich Communication Services), messages may be delivered via RCS and may include enhanced features such as read receipts, higher-resolution images, and interactive reply buttons. RCS messaging is subject to your carrier’s terms. If RCS is unavailable, messages will fall back to standard SMS/MMS. 

3. Message Frequency 

Message frequency varies by service activity. You will generally receive 1–10 messages per active service ticket. Promotional messages will not exceed 1 per month unless separately agreed to. 

4. Opt-Out 

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive one final confirmation and no further messages. To opt back in, reply START or contact us at 425.481.3666. 

5. Help 

Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us at contactus@conceptsnet.com or 425.481.3666. 

6. Message & Data Rates 

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details. Computer Concepts is not responsible for charges assessed by your carrier. 

7. Privacy of Messaging Data 

Your phone number and message history are treated as Personal Information under our Privacy Policy (computerconceptsbothell.com/privacy-policy). We do not share or sell your phone number with third-party marketers. Message content may be retained for service record purposes for up to three years. 

8. Message Delivery 

Delivery of RCS and SMS/MMS messages depends on your carrier, device compatibility, and network availability. Computer Concepts does not guarantee timely or error-free delivery of any message. 

9. Compliance 

Our messaging practices comply with the Washington Consumer Protection Act (RCW 19.86) and the federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act (47 U.S.C. § 227). We will not send unsolicited commercial messages without prior express written consent.
